Travel Physical Therapist in Hugo, CO

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide therapy across outpatient, acute, and home health settings on a 15-week contract in Hugo, Colorado. The setting is rural and the role is primarily outpatient with some acute and home health work.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions across outpatient, acute, and home health settings
• Support recovery for post-op, sports injury, and geriatric patients
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Document treatments, outcomes, and patient response
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery goals

• Current Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Outpatient physical therapy experience
• Clinical experience with post-op, sports injury, and geriatric patients
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Inpatient physical therapy experience
