Travel PACU RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel PACU Registered Nurse will provide perioperative support in an adult gynecologic oncology clinic and hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The adult patient population is low volume but high needs, with Epic charting and a mix of clinic and OR care. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Triage medication reactions, symptoms, and postoperative concerns by phone and Epic messaging
• Provide preoperative and postoperative education and assessment
• Support adult gynecologic oncology patients through treatment and follow-up
• Complete nursing visits, vital signs, pain assessments, and health history reviews
• Coordinate referrals, patient teaching, and ongoing care needs
• Assist with voiding trials, urine testing, and port flushes as needed

• Washington or compact Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Adult patient experience
• Telephone triage experience
• PACU, OR, SICU, oncology, or gynecologic oncology experience

• Epic charting system experience
• Gynecologic oncology clinic experience
• Voiding trial experience
• Central line or port flush experience
