Travel PACU RN in Saginaw, MI

A Travel Post Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for patients recovering from anesthesia in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Saginaw, Michigan. The unit focuses on respiratory and cardiac monitoring, patient safety, and comfort during recovery. Nursing care includes medication administration, treatments, and collaboration on plan updates.

• Monitor airway, respiratory, and cardiac status during post-anesthesia recovery
• Assess pain, consciousness, vital signs, and overall patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Process provider orders and carry out nursing interventions accurately
• Evaluate response to care and collaborate on plan updates
• Respond to alarms, call lights, and patient needs to maintain safety and comfort

• Michigan Registered Nurse License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Clinical assessment and medication administration skills
