Travel PACU RN in Burlington, MA

A Travel PACU Post Anesthetic Care Registered Nurse will provide peri-anesthesia recovery care for ambulatory surgical patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Burlington, Massachusetts. The ambulatory PACU has 25 beds, handles about 35 cases daily, and uses EPIC. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Recover patients after ambulatory surgery and anesthesia
• Monitor airway, vital signs, pain, nausea, and neurologic status
• Assess recovery readiness and escalate changes in condition
• Administer ordered medications and support fluid management
• Document care and recovery progress in EPIC
• Coordinate with anesthesia and perioperative team members

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 3 to 4 years of clinical experience in PACU
• EPIC experience
