Travel PACU RN in Canton, GA

A Travel Post Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide recovery care for surgical patients in a hospital PACU for a 13-week contract in Canton, Georgia. The unit focuses on post-anesthesia monitoring and safe transition after procedures.

• Monitor patients as they wake from anesthesia and respond to changes in condition
• Assess vital signs, pain, airway status, and overall recovery progress
• Administer medications and support post-procedure treatment plans
• Coordinate care with surgery and anesthesia teams for safe patient handoff
• Document patient status, interventions, and recovery outcomes
• Prepare patients for transfer to the next level of care

• 2 years of recent PACU experience
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
