Travel PACU RN in Denver, CO

A Travel PACU Registered Nurse will provide post-anesthesia recovery care in a hospital post anesthetic care unit on a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado. The 15-bed unit uses Meditech charting and serves patients with 2:1 ratios in a fast-paced recovery setting.

• Monitor patients during Phase I recovery
• Support Phase II discharge readiness
• Assess vital signs and recovery status
• Administer ordered post-operative nursing care
• Coordinate with anesthesia and surgical teams
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Document care in the electronic medical record

• Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 1-year current hospital PACU experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
