Travel PACU RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel PACU Registered Nurse will care for post-anesthesia patients in a hospital recovery unit in Englewood, Colorado on a 13-week contract. The unit includes 59 combined Pre-Op and PACU bays, serves high neuro and stroke cases, and uses Meditech. Ratios are about 1:2, with some same-day surgery patients up to 1:3.

• Assess patients after anesthesia
• Monitor recovery and airway status
• Administer medications and pain control
• Prepare patients for discharge or transfer
• Support pre-op and post-op flow
• Document care in Meditech

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• Critical care or PACU experience

• Stroke care experience
