Travel Orthopedics RN in Aurora, CO

A Travel Orthopedics Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care for orthopedic and spine patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Aurora, Colorado. The unit uses Meditech, with typical ratios near 1:5 and a Magnet designation. It is a team-oriented setting with joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal injuries.

• Deliver bedside care for orthopedic and spine patients
• Monitor recovery, pain control, mobility, and neuro status
• Assist with joint replacement and fracture repair care
• Support care for spinal injury patients
• Coordinate with RNs, CNAs, and therapy staff
• Document care in the EMR and report changes promptly

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience

• ACLS certification
• Chemotherapy certification
