Travel Occupational Therapist in Norman, OK

A Travel Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents in a nursing home in Norman, Oklahoma, under a 13-week contract. The role focuses on cognitive and ADL-related rehabilitation using standardized assessments, treatment planning, and documentation in electronic records.

• Screen and evaluate residents with cognitive and ADL-related functional needs
• Develop and update individualized plans of care based on assessment findings
• Provide skilled rehabilitation interventions, including therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and adaptive device use
• Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the clinical record
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and care team members on therapy goals and discharge needs
• Prepare discharge summaries and participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings
• Support occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed

• Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
