Travel Occupational Therapist in Ada, OK

A Travel Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with cognitive and ADL-related physical disorders in a long term care unit on a 13-week contract in Ada, Oklahoma. Standardized assessments and evidence-based care support treatment in an electronic documentation setting.

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment for cognitive and ADL-related limitations
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on response
• Document treatment, minutes, and discharge summaries in the record
• Communicate patient progress and barriers with the care team
• Support caregivers and supervise assistants, aides, or students

• Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
