Travel Occupational Therapist in Purcell, OK

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in a nursing home in Purcell, Oklahoma for 13 weeks. The role supports patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders through evaluation, treatment, and documentation in an electronic system.

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL impairments
• Develop and update plans of care based on standardized assessments
• Provide skilled treatment using therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
• Support ADL retraining and the use of assistive devices
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions in the clinical record
• Communicate treatment plans and patient progress with the care team
• Prepare discharge summaries and participate in care conferences

• Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
