Travel Occupational Therapist in Portland, OR

A Travel Occupational Therapist will support adults and geriatrics in a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. Epic is used for charting, and the hospital is a teaching setting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Evaluate adults and geriatrics with acute care needs
• Develop and update occupational therapy plans of care
• Support ADLs, mobility, and safe transfers
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home programs
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team
• Document evaluations, treatment, and progress notes

• Oregon Occupational Therapist license
• BLS certification
• NBCOT certification
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care hospital experience
• Epic charting system experience

• Trauma Level I experience
• Trauma Level II experience
