Travel Occupational Therapist in Waurika, OK

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation care for swing-bed patients in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Waurika, Oklahoma. The role supports 1:1 care and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Evaluate swing-bed patients and establish occupational therapy plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily function and mobility
• Document treatment progress and response to care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on patient goals and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on therapy activities and home programs
• Support rehabilitation services across the care team

• Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
• 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong patient education and documentation skills
