A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy care in a long term care nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Merkel, Texas. The role supports residents with daily function, rehabilitation goals, and progress tracking in a skilled care environment.

• Evaluate residents and update treatment plans
• Guide therapeutic activities that improve daily function
• Support mobility, strength, and balance goals
• Document treatment responses and progress clearly
• Educate residents and caregivers on care strategies

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Core occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning skills
