Travel Occupational Therapist in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in a hospital during a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The assignment serves neuro and orthopedic patients in inpatient rehab and acute care and uses Meditech for documentation.

• Evaluate inpatient rehab patients with neuro and orthopedic needs
• Treat acute orthopedic, telemetry, and ICU patients
• Develop and update occupational therapy treatment plans
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress in Meditech
• Collaborate with rehab and acute care teams
• Support discharge planning and patient education

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• 2 years of inpatient rehab or hospital experience
• Neuro and orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills

• 2-3 years of rehab or acute hospital experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• NDT or brain injury certifications
