Travel Occupational Therapist in Ranger, TX

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services for residents in a long term care nursing home on a 13 week contract in Ranger, Texas. The role focuses on functional recovery, documentation, and coordination with the care team.

• Evaluate resident function and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support daily living skills and mobility
• Guide therapeutic exercise, activity progression, and adaptive strategies
• Document treatment sessions and resident progress accurately
• Communicate updates and goals with the care team
• Educate residents and families on home programs and functional support

• Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with older adults in a long term care setting
