A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to support patient function in a nursing home on a 13-week contract in Newton, Texas.

• Evaluate patient function and assist with individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic activities to support daily living skills and mobility
• Monitor progress and document treatment responses
• Communicate patient status and care needs with the therapy team
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional strategies
• Adapt interventions to changing patient needs in a nursing home setting

• Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Documentation and care coordination skills
