Travel Occupational Therapist in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy care in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports in-patient rehab and acute care evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho patients. Meditech charting is used.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations for neuro and ortho patients
• Deliver treatment plans in in-patient rehab and acute care settings
• Document patient progress in Meditech
• Collaborate with the care team on goals and discharge planning
• Support functional recovery and daily living skills

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• 2 years of in-patient rehab or hospital occupational therapy experience
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program

• 2-3 years of rehab or acute hospital experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• NDT certification
• Brain injury certification
