A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in a long-term care setting on a 13-week contract in Petaluma, California. The role supports residents rebuilding independence through individualized treatment plans, ADLs, and safety-focused interventions. It also offers a supportive interdisciplinary team, a modern therapy gym, and mentorship.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function, ADLs, and safety
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff
• Document care and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support resident independence in a long-term care rehabilitation setting

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Commitment to quality care and positive patient outcomes
