Travel Occupational Therapist in Clearlake, CA

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Clearlake, California. The role supports inpatient care and daily outpatient coverage in a rural setting.

• Evaluate patients and develop occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide treatment to improve daily living skills and functional independence
• Document patient progress and update goals in the medical record
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team on care needs and discharge planning
• Support inpatient and outpatient therapy services as patient needs change
• Educate patients and caregivers on activity techniques and home programs

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Acute care and outpatient occupational therapy skills
• Patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
