Travel Occupational Therapist in San Ramon, CA

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide home health care in San Ramon, California on a 26-week contract. New graduates are welcome, and the role focuses on in-home evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation.

• Evaluate patients in the home setting
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions and home safety guidance
• Complete OASIS-related visits and documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians and the care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on function and mobility
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Active BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• NRP certification
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and auto registration

• Home health experience
