Travel Occupational Therapist in Oakland, CA

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide home health visits in Oakland, California on a 13-week contract. The role prioritizes start of care visits, supports supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, and uses Kinnser for documentation across Alameda County.

• Complete start of care, recertification, resumption of care, discharge, evaluation, and revisit visits
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Document care and visit notes in Kinnser
• Coordinate with supervisor, intake, and office teams
• Support timely communication and follow-up on home health cases
• Manage an efficient home health caseload

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of home health occupational therapy experience
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Clinical documentation and home health assessment skills
