Travel Occupational Therapist in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide inpatient rehabilitation care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit has 32 beds and uses Meditech for charting, with therapy, nursing, and rehab support staff.

• Evaluate inpatient rehab patients and establish treatment goals
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily function and ADLs
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress in Meditech
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and rehab support staff
• Adjust care plans based on patient response and progress
• Use rehabilitation equipment and assistive devices as appropriate

• Texas Occupational Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation
• Ability to work as part of a team

• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation
