Travel Occupational Therapist in Mound City, MO

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation treatment to patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning needs in a nursing home in Mound City, Missouri on a 13-week contract. The role uses standardized assessments, electronic documentation, and therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, daily living, and assistive devices.

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and adjust individualized plans of care based on patient progress
• Provide skilled interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
• Document treatment minutes, progress, outcomes, and discharge summaries in the electronic record
• Communicate with the care team, patients, and families about goals and barriers
• Support patients, caregivers, and other providers with education and consultation
• Supervise occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students

• Missouri Occupational Therapist license
• Compact license accepted
