A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation care for long term care patients in a nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Oregon, Missouri. The role focuses on cognitive and ADL function, standardized assessments, and electronic documentation.

• Screen and evaluate patient function and care needs
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress
• Deliver ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
• Use supportive and assistive devices as needed
• Document treatment minutes, outcomes, and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the care team; support assistants, aides, and students

• Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
