Travel Occupational Therapist in Marshfield, MO

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitative care for long-term care residents in a nursing home in Marshfield, Missouri on a 13-week contract. The role supports patients with cognitive and ADL-related physical functioning needs and documents care in an electronic record.

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL-related physical limitations
• Develop and adjust individualized plans of care based on progress and outcomes
• Provide skilled treatment using ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and assistive devices
• Document treatment, progress notes and discharge summaries in the electronic record
• Communicate patient progress, barriers and treatment plans with the care team
• Support families, caregivers and other service providers with consultation and education

• Missouri Occupational Therapist license
