Travel Occupational Therapist in Lakeview, OR

A Travel Occupational Therapist will evaluate and provide treatment in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Lakeview, Oregon. The role supports patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries and works with families and the care team on functional goals.

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and treatment needs
• Plan and provide individualized therapy interventions
• Support recovery from disabilities, disorders, and injuries
• Coordinate goals with families and the care team
• Document progress and adjust care plans
• Apply rehabilitation techniques and safe patient handling

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Current valid Oregon driver's license
• Graduation from an accredited program
• Basic computer and documentation skills

• Rehabilitation experience in orthopedic and neurological settings
