A Travel Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting self-care, mobility, and functional independence in an acute care hospital in Corvallis, Oregon, on a 13 week contract. The role supports rehabilitation services for patients needing therapist-driven treatment and one-on-one care.

• Assess functional needs and plan occupational therapy care
• Treat patients to improve self-care, mobility, and independence
• Guide therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and response to care
• Coordinate with the care team on discharge and recovery goals
• Educate patients on safe techniques for daily activities

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
