A Travel Occupational Therapist Registered Occupational Therapist will evaluate and direct therapeutic activities for physically and mentally disabled patients in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Lakeview, Oregon. It emphasizes rehabilitation goals, family education, and coordination with the care team.

• Evaluate patients and plan treatment interventions
• Direct therapeutic activities to restore function
• Collaborate with family and interdisciplinary team
• Assist with educational, vocational, and recreational activities
• Support rehabilitation for physical and mental conditions
• Adjust care plans based on progress

• Active Oregon occupational therapist license or eligibility
• Bachelor of Science or master's degree in occupational therapy
• Current CPR certification
• Current valid Oregon driver's license
• Knowledge of rehabilitation procedures and team-based care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ASHA, CHT, and ACP training
