A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Eureka, California.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to support daily function
• Assist with mobility, self-care, and adaptive techniques
• Document patient progress and response to treatment
• Collaborate with nurses and other clinicians on care plans
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies

• 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• California Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
