Travel Medical Assistant in Seattle, WA

A Travel Medical Assistant Certified Medical Assistant will support adult infectious disease care in an outpatient clinic in Seattle, Washington on a 13-week contract. Epic charting is used, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Room adult patients and take vital signs
• Record histories, medications, allergies, and vision screening results
• Assist with exams, dressing changes, Pap smears, and sterile tray setup
• Collect, label, and process specimens for common lab testing
• Administer injections, immunizations, and TB testing as directed
• Handle scheduling, authorizations, telephone triage, and refill requests

• Medical Assistant-Certified credential
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of Medical Assistant-Certified experience in an adult outpatient clinic setting
• Epic charting experience
• Core clinical, specimen collection, and front office skills
