Travel Medical Assistant in Seattle, WA

A Travel Medical Assistant Medical Assistant will support an interventional cardiology clinic in Seattle, Washington for a 13-week contract. The role serves adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting with Epic charting.

• Room adult and geriatric patients for cardiology visits
• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, pulse oximetry, and 12-lead ECGs
• Record histories, medications, and allergies
• Prepare exam rooms and support patient flow
• Handle authorization forms, chart preparation, insurance verification, and refill requests
• Triage calls, review lab results, and schedule appointments
• Stock supplies and maintain clinic readiness

• Washington Medical Assistant license
• BLS certification
• Medical Assistant-Certified or Medical Assistant-Registered credential
• 1 year of adult outpatient clinic experience with cardiology experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Prior travel experience

• Microsoft Excel experience
