Travel Medical Assistant in Seattle, WA

A Travel OB/GYN Medical Assistant will support outpatient care in a specialty clinic on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. First-time travelers are welcome. The unit sees adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics, uses Epic, and averages about 19 visits per day.

• Room patients and collect vital signs, histories, medications, and allergies
• Assist with MUA, colposcopy, LEEP, and IUD insertion
• Perform venipuncture, urine collection, specimen labeling, and glucose checks
• Support telephone triage, follow-up calls, and refill requests
• Administer immunizations and assist with TB testing, hearing, and vision screening
• Document visits in Epic and remove sutures

• Washington Medical Assistant-Registered or Medical Assistant-Certified credential
• BLS certification
• 1 year of adult outpatient experience
• Epic charting experience

• OB/GYN outpatient experience
