Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in West Des Moines, IA

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care on a med-surg telemetry floor in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role supports patients needing routine monitoring and coordinated bedside care.

• Monitor telemetry patterns and report changes
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with the inpatient team
• Document patient status and responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Strong med-surg and telemetry skills

• TNCC certification
