Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Seneca, SC

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adults and geriatrics in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seneca, South Carolina. The 36-bed unit averages 20 patients and uses Epic charting. The patient mix includes older adults with respiratory disease, infection, dementia, and neurological needs.

• Assess adults and geriatrics with medical-surgical and telemetry needs
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer medications, blood products, and oxygen therapy
• Manage IVs, central lines, feeding tubes, and wound care
• Implement isolation precautions and support rapid response care
• Document patient care in Epic and coordinate with the care team

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of medical surgical/telemetry experience
• Epic charting experience
• MS/Tele competency
• EKG interpretation skills
