Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Richmond, VA

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The unit has 34 private beds, uses Meditech charting, and manages trauma telemetry patients with 5:1 to 6:1 ratios.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Provide medical-surgical nursing care for adult patients
• Administer blood products and monitor patient response
• Manage wounds, drains, tubes, and wound vacs
• Assist with pain management and mobility support
• Use bedside equipment for vital signs and glucose checks

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Medical Surgical nursing experience

• Trauma experience
• Telemetry experience
