Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Easley, SC

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult patients in an acute care hospital surgical specialty unit on a 13-week contract in Easley, South Carolina. The unit has 30 beds, an average daily census of 20, and uses EPIC charting. First-time travelers with relevant experience are welcome.

• Assess adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Administer medications and blood products
• Manage surgical drains and post-operative care
• Document care in EPIC
• Coordinate with support services and the care team

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
• 1 year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Blood product administration
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and surgical drain care

• Cardiac telemetry experience
• ER holding experience
• CVA and total joint replacement experience
