Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Des Moines, IA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient telemetry care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes promptly
• Assess patients and trend condition changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• Safe medication administration skills

• TNCC certification
