Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Des Moines, IA

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa. The unit includes neurologic patients and relies on cardiac monitoring and routine inpatient care.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Perform ongoing assessments and neuro checks
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies
• Coordinate care with the bedside team
• Document patient status and interventions
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
