Travel Med Surg RN in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will care for adult renal and medical-surgical patients in a hospital unit in Zanesville, Ohio on a 13-week contract. The role supports patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, post-dialysis needs, and complex medical-surgical conditions in a high-acuity setting with telemetry monitoring and interdisciplinary coordination.

• Provide nursing care for adult renal and medical-surgical patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient status
• Assess kidney-related complications and post-dialysis needs
• Administer medications and coordinate ordered treatments
• Collaborate with nephrology and interdisciplinary teams
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent Medical-Surgical and telemetry experience
• Epic electronic medical record proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips

• Renal Medical-Surgical experience
