Travel Med Surg RN in Weatherford, TX

A Travel RN Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide care on a medical-surgical unit in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Weatherford, Texas. The role supports adult patients and uses Meditech for documentation.

• Monitor adult medical-surgical patients and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Meditech
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Reinforce patient education and discharge instructions

• Current Texas Registered Nurse license
• Meditech experience
• Medical-surgical nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
