Travel Med Surg RN in Weatherford, TX

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will provide routine inpatient care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Weatherford, Texas. The unit uses Meditech and supports general medical-surgical patients.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document care in Meditech
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Meditech experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse clinical competency
