Travel Med Surg RN in Salt Lake City, UT

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide care for adult medical-surgical patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Salt Lake City, Utah. The unit is a mixed med-surg unit with 34 beds, 1:6 ratios, and Epic charting.

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor assessments, vital signs, and clinical changes
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Assist with Foley insertion and central line dressing changes
• Document care in Epic
• Coordinate care with the charge nurse, RNs, and techs

• Active Utah Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale competency
• Basic arrhythmia knowledge

• ACLS
• Charge nurse experience
