Travel Maternal-Newborn RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Maternal-Newborn Registered Nurse will provide postpartum and couplet care in an acute care hospital in Seattle, Washington on a 13-week contract. It serves a large-volume, high-census postpartum population with high-risk obstetric patients and uses Epic.

• Assess postpartum mothers and newborns after delivery
• Monitor high-risk obstetric patients and support couplet care
• Administer magnesium sulfate and oxytocin therapies
• Manage postpartum hemorrhage and stabilization needs
• Perform incision, fundus, lochia, and perineal assessments
• Support recovery care for cesarean and vaginal delivery patients

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license or compact multistate license
• BLS and NRP
• 2 years of postpartum or maternal-newborn experience in high-acuity high-risk obstetric care
• Epic charting system experience

• JADA experience
