Travel Maternal-Newborn RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Maternal-Newborn Registered Nurse will care for postpartum and couplet-care patients in an acute care hospital during a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit serves high-risk obstetric patients, manages a high census, and uses Epic charting.

• Provide postpartum and couplet-care nursing
• Monitor mothers and newborns after delivery
• Assist with magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin, and Foley management
• Respond to postpartum hemorrhage and substance withdrawal needs
• Support cesarean section, vaginal delivery, and perineal care
• Document care in Epic

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license or compact license
• BLS and NRP
• 2 years of maternal-newborn, postpartum, or high-risk obstetric experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Postpartum, cesarean section, vaginal delivery, and perineal care skills
• Magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin, and postpartum hemorrhage management skills

• JADA experience
