Travel Maternal-Newborn RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Maternal-Newborn Registered Nurse will provide postpartum care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit serves high-risk obstetric patients, uses Epic, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Provide couplet care for mothers and infants
• Assess postpartum recovery, bleeding, fundus, lochia, perineum, and incision sites
• Administer magnesium sulfate, Pitocin, and other ordered therapies
• Support care for high-risk obstetric patients and postpartum hemorrhage
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic
• Educate patients on postpartum recovery and newborn needs

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP
• 2 years of high-acuity postpartum experience
• High-risk obstetric care experience
• Epic charting system experience

• JADA experience
