Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Paoli, IN

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide obstetric and newborn care in a critical access hospital obstetric unit on a 13-week contract in Paoli, Indiana. The unit has a Level 1 nursery, 4 beds, and Cerner charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Triage obstetrical patients
• Support labor, delivery, and couplet care
• Assist with sterile speculum and vaginal exams
• Start and maintain IV access
• Monitor fetal tracings and newborn status
• Assist with cesarean deliveries and neonatal procedures

• Indiana Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• Obstetric triage, vaginal delivery, and sterile exams
• IV start and maintenance skills

• AWHONN Advanced fetal monitoring
• C-section circulation
• Nursery experience
• Cerner charting system experience
