Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Los Angeles, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide labor and delivery care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Los Angeles, California. The unit handles about 100 to 300 births each month and cares for mothers and newborns in a fast-paced setting.

• Assess maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery
• Monitor contractions and fetal heart tracings
• Administer medications and support labor management
• Assist with vaginal births and cesarean preparations
• Provide postpartum care and newborn stabilization
• Educate patients and families and document care

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate
• 3 years of labor and delivery experience

• FHM and C-EFM
• Antepartum and high risk antepartum care
• LDRP care
• Mother/Baby and Level I Nursery
