Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Los Angeles, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital labor and delivery unit for a 13-week contract in Los Angeles, California. The unit serves low- and high-risk patients across triage, labor, delivery, operating room support, neonatal, and postpartum care with electronic charting.

• Assess laboring patients and support triage and admission
• Perform sterile vaginal exams and labor assessments
• Monitor fetal heart patterns and respond to changes
• Circulate for cesarean deliveries and assist in the operating room
• Provide care for low- and high-risk obstetric patients
• Coordinate with OB, anesthesia, neonatal, and support teams

• California Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced certifications
• Epic charting experience
• Recent experience with sterile vaginal exams, high-risk patients, and advanced fetal monitoring

• Allscripts charting system experience
