Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for labor and delivery patients in a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The unit uses Cerner and serves adult patients in a busy obstetric setting.

• Monitor labor progress and fetal status
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean births
• Support high-risk obstetric care and emergencies
• Administer medications, blood products, and IV therapies
• Perform newborn assessment and immediate stabilization
• Document assessments and interventions in Cerner

• Indiana Registered Nurse license
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN Intermediate
• 1.5 years of labor and delivery experience
• Prior travel labor and delivery experience
• Cerner experience
• Obstetric fetal monitoring and IV therapy skills

• High-risk obstetric experience
• Antepartum experience
• Breastfeeding and lactation support
• Teaching hospital experience
